Inshore Bundle

Perfect for yellowtail, mangrove snapper, lane snapper, and other smaller reef fish. Includes up to two smaller grouper (such as red grouper).

Approx. 15–20 fish.

Offshore Bundle

$100.00

Ideal for mahi, tuna, wahoo, grouper, cobia, and other larger game fish. Approximately 10 fish, depending on size and weight.

Approx. 10 fish, depending on size and total weight.

Mix Bag

$120.00

For large mixed catches, tournaments, or hourly services.

Multiple coolers, busy holiday weekends, and priority rush service.

Approx. 1 hour.

Premium Fillet Experience

$200.00

Learn to fillet like a local from a local. Private, hands-on instruction at your dock for up to 2 people.

Approximately 60 minutes.

(You must provide your own fish.)

Includes:

  • Knife safety basics

  • Proper fillet techniques

  • Skinning

  • Bone removal

  • Species-specific best practices

  • Cleanup etiquette and fish disposal

Additional Participants: $50 per person
